Soufra playing at LA Laemmle's Music Hall 3

Soufra follows the unlikely and wildly inspirational story of intrepid social entrepreneur, Mariam Shaar – a generational refugee who has spent her entire life in the 69-year-old Burl El Barajneh refugee camp just south of Beirut, Lebanon.
Soufra is directed by award-winning filmmaker Thomas Morgan (Storied Streets, Waiting for Mamu); produced by Primetime Emmy®-winning filmmaker Kathleen Glynn (Bowling for Columbine, Fahrenheit 9/11, TV Nation); Rebelhouse President Trevor Hall; Primetime Emmy-winning producer Craig Piligian, president & CEO, Pilgrim Media Group; and executive produced by Academy Award®-winning actress Susan Sarandon.
Screenings will be at 1:10, 3:20, 5:30, 7:40 and 9:50 daily from Nov. 17th - Nov. 24th. Tickets will go on sale Tuesday, Nov 14th at 7pm.
